CRI’s mouse genome engineering facility is committed to helping researchers produce mouse models to support fundamental and translational research, providing transgenic mice, gene targeted mice, and other services. Established in 2014, the facility serves scientists in CRI and other departments at UT Southwestern.

Services and Pricing

We offer end-to-end services for generation of genetically modified founder mice. We also offer a variety of cost-effective colony management solutions.


Due to the complex nature of most gene-targeting projects, we recommend that users discuss the details of the project and the experimental plan with facility personnel before initiating the project.
