Life in CRI

Creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where everyone can succeed is vital to CRI’s core mission to push the boundaries of knowledge and make breakthroughs that save lives. CRI researchers and staff have access to a wide range of training programs, resources, and mentorship opportunities to help them advance their careers and achieve their goals, regardless of their stages of development.

In CRI, we recognize that life is not all about work. We believe in also building a strong sense of community. We strive to create opportunities for enjoyment outside our daily jobs to create an enhanced work experience, including CRI-sponsored social events and wellness programs offered through UT Southwestern.

We value our differences and the diverse backgrounds we come from, and we celebrate them as strengths. Our ultimate aim is to foster an environment where all feel valued, supported, and motivated to excel in their work. Whether you are a postdoctoral fellow just starting out or an established scientist seeking to broaden your skill set, there is always something new to learn and discover in CRI.
